Hatha Yoga offers a gentle exploration of the fundamental principles of Yoga, and is appropriate for both new and continuing students. Classes include movement, restorative postures, breath work, and beginning meditation techniques. Classes

The official Shawshank Redemption Trail Drive-It-Yourself Brochure will help you navigate your way around Mansfield/Richland County, Ashland County and Upper Sandusky visiting the same sites as Hollywood once did filming Shawshank Redemption.
Brooks wandered through the downtown area of Mansfield when he was released from prison...enjoying life on the outside. You can also walk around the same area in the Historic Carrousel District.
